*The Stagnation of Japanese political Reformation [0404-05]
It is very sorry that many statespersons are involved scandals. Most of them are related to the wages of their secretaries. In their society, it has been common to hire private secretaries for making their policies formally only for obtaining some subsidy from governments. This behavior is clearly illegal but connivanced with excuse the secretaries contribute their wage to the statespersons. Now the people who are blamed are short of cunning to avoid being accused.
We do not have time to be fussy about individual scandals. In Japan, political reformation is impatient problem and internationally we must notice the problem of Palestine.
Unfortunately, Japanese people stay in the position of spectator of
politic. If not so, they will ignore the scandals at once and abandon L.D.P.
The Japanese people who live in future will course L.D.P. and the people
who support it.
*The Crisis of divided System [020409-13]
The computer trouble in Mizuho Bank represents the confusion of Japanese society. I do not know why the computer trouble is so prolong until now, but I think we can find the limit to support systematic deficient by individual effort. I guess many bank clerks are pressed with corrections and clams. Today in the Diet the president of this bank was summoned and apologized. However, his response was as if it was others business.
It is said that the trouble was caused by disagreement of former three banks that composed Mizuho Bank. Enterprises should work for its own profit, but not always. As long as they are managed by human, individual expectation tend to bend original object. To begin with, Mizuho Bank was established to make big bank against economic crisis. However, we cannot find any positive reason for the merger.
Originally, individual workers and companies are different. Even if some companies or enterprises go bankrupt, there should be opportunities for workers to have job. However, in Japan Kaishas (companies) seems sharing same destiny. After all, big ones maintain their lives in spite of incompetent managers, who are absorbed in power politics.
Despite of the worker’s dependence on Kaisha, workers, managers and customers are divided by responsibilities. Managers demand workers to work, workers are only to be ordered and customers are spectators. However, the trouble extends them all.
Now the influence of recession threatens most of Japanese, but they
cannot find effective way, though the solution is clear for economic professionals.
The irresponsibility of Japanese people covers the truth yet and divide
their sense and behavior.
*The true Cause of Massacre [020418-21]
Now I worry about the future of Israel with that of Palestine. The Prim Minister of Israel went too far clearly. The information that Israel army did in Palestinian area will be known soon or later, and Israel people will lose the advantage gained by the tragedy of Holocaust. At that time, the stable division of two sides between assailants and victims, which was decided by the history of the Second World War, will be fluid and we must find true enemy to cause wars.
We must notice the common failure of human beings. Because of Japanese, did Japanese army kill many people in China and Korea? Because of Jews, does Israel army kill Palestinian? Massacres have general cause to rise. Between the consciousness of discrimination and hard emotion of hatred against them, the tragedy is easily caused.
How many Israelis recognize the poverty of Palestinian? How many outer people notice their sorrow to lose their pride? The emotion of revenge grows behind human notice and suddenly attacks usual people. The attacked side blames terrorists and the people to which they belong. But the people who belong to the side of attacked do not notice what they have been done. Usually, the former people are superior to the latter and retaliate terrorists group. However, they do not respect human lives. As long as it is hard to distinguish terrorists and other people, the attack against terrorists becomes massacre.
All prejudices are caused by the adherence to individual beings: individual
person, race and religion. However, its true cause is the structure that
depends on prejudices themselves.

Hallow! This is Iwata. How are you doing? Excuse me that I have not mail you so often. I was a little sick during the first some days of April.
Today I cannot but refer to the topic of Palestine. As you know, the tragedy of massacre is repeated there. I know the situation through a mail written by a Japanese woman, Noriko Morisawa, who visited Palestine recently. She reported that Israel army destructs Palestinian city indiscriminately including elementary schools and hospitals. In the cities surrounded by army, adult men are separated from other people and there is nobody to defend weak people. Even unconfirmed, the number of death is beyond 1000.
Already before the massacre, Palestinian people are not regarded human beings. She told that they live in very bad environment, where their residences are extremely crowded and polluted by toxic issued from factory. Nevertheless, she reported that Palestinian people welcomed her very kindly.
About sixty years ago, Japanese army also massacred people in China and Korea. Considering it, the situation in Palestine follows same process of that tragedy. Even if there is little will to kill usual people, once army enters the area of guerilla, massacre should occur. It is very sorry that the people who have experienced the Holocaust cause such a fault.
When many the Jews escaped from the Nazis, a Japanese diplomat saved about 6000 Jewish people. His name is Chiune Sugihara. In those days, he was the acting of consul in Lithuania and issued visa against Japanese government for the people who escaped from Nazis. Because of this behavior, he resigned Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but his name was remained in the mind of saved people and Israel government honored him publicly. He already died in 1986, but now his wife and son send a message to the Prime Minister of Israel. In this message, they beg him courage evacuation from Palestine and said that they are worried thinking Mr. Chiune should not have issued visa for Israel people.
Unfortunately, Japanese government does not seem to contribute actively for the solution of this problem. However, Japan has precious position to commit it from neutral standpoint. It is impossible to solve the tragedy without the aid of outer power. I hope each people endeavor to solve it from each position.
