Prime Minister of Japan Mr.Keizou Obuchi,Special Advisor of JAA, once being a member of Aikido club of Waseda University 36 years ago in his student age. This photo shows his memorial image in practice of Aikido instruction at Waseda University Doujou at that time. He had graduated Waseda University in 1962, and begun the long career of political activities. His grade is now 5 dan and a special advisor for Japan Aikido Association.
