Chairperson of Japan Aikido Association |

Dear TAIN friends, I was nominated for
the chairperson of JAA at the board of trustees and assumed it
on April 1, 2002. I was also commissioned to take over the TAIN
chairperson by Mr. Hiroaki Kogure, the acting chairman of JAA
and TAIN. JAA was founded and taken care of by Kenji Tomiki through putting his blood into his work. I have no training experience in this aikido field, but as a daughter of the late Kenji Tomiki and Fusae Tomiki, I have every confidence that I have seen the developing process of Tomiki system of aikido with my own eyes. I resolved that I would succeed his will and hope to propagate a Tomiki system furthermore. Making much of communication with you, TAIN friends, I will do my best to spread the true Tomiki theory to our fellows throughout the world. I, as the new chairperson of JAA, admire Mr. Kogure's tremendous work and would like to give thanks to all TAIN friends for work in cooperation with Ms. Fusae Tomiki and Mr. Kogure. He is going to be a powerful adviser to the chairperson and JAA from now on and support us. I wish the more development of TAIN and ask you all to assist me as much as you did towards Mr. Kogure. I am looking forward to seeing you at the TAIN assembly in Britain in August this year. Yours respectfully. |
