Sri Lanka, officially the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, is an island country in South Asia, located in the Indian Ocean
southwest of the Bay of Bengal and southeast of the Arabian Sea. It shares a marintime border with the Maldives in the south-west
and India in the north-west.
インド洋の真珠 スリランカ（旧セイロン） Sri Lanka (Former Ceylon)
美しい景観と緑豊かな熱帯の島は、１３世紀東方へ旅し「東方見聞録」を残したマルコポーロは「世界で一番素晴らしい場所」と言ったそうです。
紅茶の生産量はインド に次いで世界第２位です。
