ITU Zones 1 to 75 and 90 contain land and islands, so it seems possible
to contact with a little patience, but around 76 to 89 it seems to be just
ocean, so it seems
difficult to contact with all of the zones. (What is the ITU's intention
or purpose in dividing the zones like this? I don't know.)
From the JA perspective, I think that the zones with few stations (resident
stations) and geographically difficult to contact are around #2 and #34.

何の役にも立たない世界の地理雑学 CQ Zone and ITU Zone
JAから見て、局数（常駐局）が少なかったり、地理的に交信しにくいゾーンは、＃２や３４あたりではないかと思います。
４０枚の交信証を並べてみました。（ボタンをクリックするとジャンプします。）
ITU Zoneは、１～７５及び９０は陸地や島があるので根気よく探せば交信できるだろうと思われますが、
７６～８９あたりはただの海だけのようですから全てのゾーンと交信することは困難なようです。
（ITUはどんな意図や目的でこのようなゾーン分割をしているのでしょうか？素人には判りません。）
