地中海の入口ジブラルタル海峡を挟んだ モロッコ の北岸にスペイン 領の小さな飛び地が二つあります。
その一つがセウタ、もう一つはメリリャ です。

Melilla is an autonomous city of Spain in north Africa. It lies on the eastern side of the Cape Three Forks, Bordering Morocco and facing the Mediterrnean Sea.

モロッコはアフリカ諸国でヨーロッパに最も近い国ですが、東アジアのJAから見れば遥かかなたの遠い国です。
（なおヨーロッパ各地からのアクセスは非常に多いそうです。）

Morocco(CN) has a coast by the Atlantic Ocean that reaches past the Strait of Gibraltar in to the Mediterranean Sea.
It is bordered by Spain (EA) to the north (a water border through the Strait and land borders with small Spanish exclaves,
Ceuta (EA9), Mellila (EA9), and Penon de Velez de la Gomera) Algeria (7X) to the east, and Western Sahara (S0) to the south.
